The Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians has made the Patient Centered Medical Home a healthcare priority for Wisconsin, enlisting The Dean Group to help communicate the concept to physicians and the public. By providing strategic counsel and insight on how issues move - and can be moved - to the forefront of public understanding and acceptance, we were instrumental in helping the Academy focus its mission and narrow\ its strategy to advance its objectives.
We also concepted the idea behind an internet "microsite" used to provide information and resources about the Patient Centered Medical Home, and we were the creative impetus behind the PCMH "road show" that allows the Academy to take its Medical Home message to audiences at a moment's notice.
We created two highly effective videos explaining the Medical Home and its role in true health care reform. The video used by both The Wisconsin Academy the American Academy of Family Physicians, has gone viral, linked to by numerous healthcare websites and uploaded to YouTube.
